**Position Information**:
Oran Park High School, which opened at the start of the 2020 school year and currently has Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, is a future focused learning partnership with high expectations that meets the individual needs of all learners. Housed in brand new, state-of-the art facilities, the school has a strong focus on relationships, high quality and innovative teaching and learning, and links to the local and wider community, particularly the partner primary schools. Built to meet the population needs of the Oran Park/Catherine Park/Gledswood Hills growth corridor, the school will eventually be home to up to 2000 students, with a current population of 1196, including a Support Unit catering for the needs of students with Autism and Multi-Categorical diagnoses. Oran Park High School has 6% of students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and 51% of students who have a language background other than English. **Selection Criteria**:
1. Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (secondary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (secondary) in regular classes.

2. Knowledge and capacity to plan, implement, track and review personalised learning and support plans for students with a range of learning needs that support improved educational outcomes.

3. Highly developed communication, organisation and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all staff, parents and carers, and other key stakeholders to create learning environments that support all students in improved educational outcomes.

4. Capacity to support whole school programs and collaboratively plan and deliver effective literacy, numeracy and transition intervention programs, specifically catering for the learning needs of students in a secondary setting.
