Aldig is a leading provider of piling, basement and concrete construction services in Melbourne. We are looking for an experienced individual to join the established foreman team to help deliver our upcoming work load. This is an opportunity to take charge and grow with a dynamic company delivering some of Melbourne's finest residential concrete structures.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Working on-site and overseeing rest of site team (2-6 employees)
- Coordinating subcontractors and materials
- Reviewing & interpreting construction plans
- OH&S compliance, daily start up meetings and on-site inductions
- Training & skill development of junior labourers
- Daily reporting re job progress and any issues that arise
- Carpentry knowledge and excellent technical skills
- Good understanding of formwork, groundworks, concrete and structures
- Client-focused mindset & skills to maintain positive relationships
- Good time management & admin skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: One location
