Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Foreman to oversee the execution of various projects from client engagement to project completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects with values ranging from $3 million to $10 million.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring performance daily, and reporting any deficiencies to the Project Manager.

  • Project Coordination: Manage sub-contractors to ensure they fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance daily in regard to safety, quality, program, and report deficiencies to the Project Manager.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Concrete Expertise: Experienced in all aspects of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete.
  • Leadership & Communication: Able to give concise direction to a range of employees and subcontractors with different skill sets.
  • Construction Planning: Have the ability to accurately read all types of construction plans.
