Exciting Job Opportunity with Fineline Formwork Group

We are looking to start a highly skilled and experienced Site Foreman (Concrete Formwork) to lead a team for a full-time, ongoing role.

Position: Concrete Formwork Foreman

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to the construction team.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficacy.
  • Available Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in a similar role within residential and commercial construction essential

Requirements:

  • Must have proven minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a similar role as well as expertise in commercial formwork, concrete structure work and carpentry
  • Good at identifying problems and problem-solving.
  • Has a can-do attitude.
  • Hands on, professional and reliable.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial and residential construction
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and construction programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands on concreting experience is a significant plus.
  • Operator ticket.
  • Valid tickets and White Card are required.
  • Desirable: Dogman, Telehandler, Excavator tickets.
  • Drivers Licence
