As an integral part of the resort services team, you will plan, manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Falls Creek Sports owned and operated ticket, rental and retail outlets: Slalom Plaza and Village Bowl, to ensure high levels of guest service delivery in all areas and the accuracy and integrity of point of sale operations.

**In a typical day in this role, you might**:

- In conjunction with the Guest Services Senior Supervisor, develop and train staff in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of product knowledge.
- Proactively supervise and mentor all Resort Services staff and appraise the performance of staff with the view to improving their skills and productivity.
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Ticket Sellers ensuring that operational procedures are followed on a daily basis.
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Retail and Rental outlet ensuring that operational procedures are followed on a daily basis.

**To be considered for this role, you should have**:

- 2+ years of corporate experience in a management role for a customer service focused team with an emphasis on high volume sales and in managing/training staff
- Demonstrated understanding of POS systems, with exposure to RTP being an advantage
- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Falls Creek's systems and procedures (highly desirable)
