Join our team as a Complex Rehab Product Specialist, where you will fuse your clinical knowledge with consultative selling to deliver tailored mobility and seating solutions across NSW.This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for someone who wants to make real-world impact—improving lives through innovative rehabilitation products while developing strong professional relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consultation on complex rehab equipment, including seating systems, wheelchairs, and mobility aidsConduct product trials and deliver training to therapists, carers, and distributorsCollaborate with internal and external teams to drive business outcomes and achieve growth targetsBuild trusted networks across hospitals, aged care, community services, and NDIS providersStay current on emerging technologies and clinical applications in assistive techWho We Are Looking ForOccupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with 3 years of clinical experience (rehabilitation or seating focus a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approachStrong interest in sales and product education—you are confident speaking to groups and guiding decisionsKeen to work autonomously and manage your own territoryFull, unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel regularly across NSWWhy Join Us?
