As a pivotal figure in our structured credit syndication strategy, the Vice President will play a key role in shaping our approach in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job Responsibilities
Pricing, structuring and underwriting loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand, including non-flow and flow loan products.
Collaborating with origination business lines throughout the origination process on client-facing activities, including pitching and marketing.
Initiating and pushing non-flow/flow credit products sales to investors as part of primary and extended primary syndication processes.
Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics or business.
At least six years of experience in investment banking, preferably in a loan syndicate role.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business lines and teams.
