Job Description

The Junior Transaction Manager will play a crucial role in the ongoing management of syndicated loans. This includes reviewing loan and supporting finance & security documentation, monitoring covenants through financial statement analysis, and distributing required documentation to lender groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of syndicated loans as Facility Agent and/or Security Trustee
  • Review loan and supporting finance & security documentation
  • Monitor covenants through collection and analysis of financial statements
  • Distribute required documentation to lender groups
  • Facilitate deal amendments and collect lender votes within required timeframes
  • Shadow senior team members on complex transactions
  • Collaborate with internal deal teams
  • Establish relationships with clients and market participants
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate completion of GLAS's KYC processes for new obligors
  • Attend client meetings and industry conferences
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely updating of relevant systems
