The Childcare Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the childcare center. The primary focus is to create and maintain a secure, nurturing, and educational environment for the children. This entails not only supervising the staff, but also taking a hands-on approach to program development, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are consistently met, managing regulatory compliance and administrative tasks, fostering strong relationships with parents and the community, and meticulously managing the center's finances to ensure sustainability and growth.

Qualifications include a diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, managerial experience, knowledge of childcare regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as First Aid and CPR certification.

Applicant must be fluency in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Vietnamese or Chinese)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
