We are seeking an experienced childcare leader to manage our small centre in Clayton. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-focused and possess a can-do attitude.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the childcare centre
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Foster strong relationships with families and staff

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a childcare director
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
