  • Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and children.
  • Manage rosters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.

This role involves working full-time, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

To succeed, you will be passionate about early childhood education, focused on building positive relationships, and experienced in a Centre Manager role. You will also need to be qualified, knowledgeable, and skilled in areas such as budget management, communication skills, and quality assurance.
