Job Description:

This role involves overseeing key initiatives to enhance fulfillment and transportation processes. As a Sr Logistics Operations Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, coordinate, and launch these projects.

You will act as a consultant to logistics professionals and business stakeholders, providing expertise in operations execution requirements.

The position offers a broad exposure to various business, financial, and technical teams within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Acumen: Lead large-scale projects with urgency, communicate effectively across levels and teams, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data, produce reports, interpret results, and write SQL scripts for analysis and reporting (SQL, MySQL).
  • Communication: Simplify complex topics for diverse audiences, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in complex analytical environments preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.
  • People Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar field.
