As a Personal care Worker/Home and Community Care Worker, you deliver a range of services to participants and clients assist them with independent living in their own home whilst promoting the continuation of a fulfilling and meaningful life within the community. You provide assistance with many aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic activities and meal assistance whilst promoting social and community participation.
This is a hands-on role, suitable for active individuals who can perform general manual handling duties as required by the nature of the role.

Simply Helping Loddon Mallee is a quickly expanding business, we are therefore seeking Personal Care Workers who are looking to make a difference in the lives of our participants and clients.
We understand that the quality of our services provided and the outcomes for our clients are only as good as the care team providing this support.

- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy, patience and dedication with a passion for providing excellent care.
- Minimum Cert III Aged Care or Individual Support/Disability or Nursing students post first placement.
- Drivers Licence and Car (Requirement)
- Working with Children's Check (Requirement)
- Police Check (Requirement)
- First aid Level 2 and CPR (Requirement)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Requirement)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Requirement)
