We are seeking an experienced and creative Employer Brand Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to elevate VetPartners' reputation as the employer of choice for veterinary professionals and clinic-support talent across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the General Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is consistently represented across all external channels, including job and campaign advertising, careers sites, company review sites, and alumni programs. Additionally, you will support campus marketing efforts and help coordinate graduate hiring activities alongside the GP Recruitment team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** EVP Development & Governance**:
- Continuously refine VetPartners' EVP, ensuring it is evidence-based, differentiated, and resonates with diverse talent segments (GP vets, specialists, nurses, support staff).
- ** Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Management**:
- Partner with the Marketing team to plan, optimise, and execute recruitment campaigns across paid and owned channels (including SEEK, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leads to ensure marketing spend is strategically directed towards the highest-priority talent segments.
- ** Digital Experience & Content**:
- Coordinate the creation of authentic content, such as employee stories, clinic spotlights, and videos, to showcase life at VetPartners.
- ** Referral, Alumni & Community Programs**:
- Promote the employee-referral scheme with compelling collateral and regular storytelling across the business.
- Provide content and communication materials for nurturing an alumni community** to drive re-hires and brand advocacy.**
- ** Analytics & Continuous Improvement**:
- ** Stakeholder Management**:
- Act as the primary liaison with Marketing teams and external creative/media agencies.
- Upskill recruiters and hiring managers on EVP, brand guidelines, and social media best practices.

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- 3+ years in employer branding or related consumer marketing roles.
- Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns, with strong expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social dashboards, ATS/CRM reporting).
- Experience in content production (copywriting, video, visuals) and storytelling across social platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders and external agencies.
