Reporting to the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie - you will be the face of our organization executing tasks in line with overall kitchen operations.

Duties include:

- Take part in training and daily task completion
- Adhere to Hyatt Place Service Standards and Procedures
- Perform all tasks of a Steward as needed to facilitate food service
- Ensure all kitchen operations are executed per policies and procedures designated from the Head Chef
- Maintain excellent communication with all staff
- Analyse, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
- Organize yourself to work autonomously and complete tasks in absence of a supervisor
- Assist to succeed in achieving kitchen team goals.
- Partake in learning opportunities for your own career growth and development

- Someone with a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away
- Someone with experience in a similar role is ideal
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.72 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
