Do you have a great ability to communicate and have a strong interest in all things Technology? Do you have at least 1 years' experience in an organisation providing IT support? If so, you may be interested in the role MyState has available to be a member of a small, but focused, team providing Technology support and service to the MyState Group.

The length of this role is initially for a specified period of 3 months, and may be extended based on performance and or business requirements.

You will be a member of a team where you are the first point of contact for approximately 400 end user who are seeking IT Support, and to action requests based on a service catalogue of services. In addition, you will have a sound understanding of end user IT hardware given you will be heavily involved in the day to day allocation of equipment to staff, and to address any end user hardware related queries, including responding to incidents and performing troubleshooting.

You will have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders using an IT Service Management system, and verbally in person and on the telephone. This will include building a strong working relationship with key stakeholders.

You will be an advocate for Technology Services at MyState, and will contribute to the ongoing development of the team.

This position will require first level support both during and outside of standard business hours as required.

Preferably you will also have experience in a regulated environment such as financial services.
