**About the role**
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Government Advisory team. Working closely with a collaborative and high-performing team, this full-time position plays a vital role in the efficient operations of the team.
Your role will be to support the lawyers in day-to-day file management, including:
- Triaging and review incoming matters.
- Uploading relevant documents in our matter management portal and updating the portal during the lifecycle of a matter.
- Assisting to draft briefs, legal documents, letters, case summaries and general correspondence.
- Sourcing experts.
- Coordinating and managing deadlines for filings and legal processes.

- Previous paralegal or senior legal assistant experience working in a high-volume practice.
- Strong attention to detail and matter management skills.
- Refined organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach.
