Government Advisory Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and have carriage of running your own matters.
- Drafting summaries of evidence and statements of issues
- Assisting and attending case conferences and hearings
- Conducting directions hearings
- Drafting litigation strategies
- Complex statutory interpretation
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- At least 4 years PQE, ideally with experience in government advisory work, and have a genuine interest in administrative law and statutory interpretation
- Good drafting skills, excellent communication skills, and a collegiate approach
We are seeking a talented Government Advisory/Litigation Attorney to join our well-regarded team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a particular Commonwealth Government agency and contribute to complex cases.
