Contract opportunities to work for Tier 2 / Tier 1 builders in the Sydney market. Builders we have partnerships with work across a multiple of sectors from fitout/refurb to High-Rise residential, retail, and industrial to commercial, sport/recreation, and health projects.

Location - Castle Hill Area & Parramatta

**WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE**

- Hourly Rate or Day Rate $ - Weekly Pay
- PAYG - ABN / PTY options available
- Manage your own team
- 6 - 12 Month Opportunity

**KEY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage a team of subcontractors to bring a project in on time and budget
- The daily management and coordination of materials, equipment, schedules and safety of employees and the general public
- The liaison between the client and sub-contractor
- Assisting in the development of the project instructions
- Maintaining communication with superiors and subordinates

**KEY**
**REQUIREMENTS**
- A trade carpenter or tertiary qualification in construction
- Proven track record working with a reputable contractor
- Previous history working on commercial new build projects
- Relevant OH&S and IR knowledge
- Solid organisation and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Foreman - Contactable references
