**About the Role**

This role is instrumental in implementing risk management and WHS frameworks, conducting site audits, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional looking to contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conducting site audits to ensure compliance with WHS and company standards.
- Supporting operational teams in implementing risk controls and safety initiatives.
- Assisting with incident investigations and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance metrics.
- Providing training and guidance to site teams on WHS and risk management practices.
- Ensuring Risk Assessments are regularly updated and site-specific risks are managed effectively.

**About You**:

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419) or equivalent (essential).
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and train operational teams.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
