Our organization is seeking a proactive professional to play a pivotal part in its future growth and development.

This role involves managing the Quality Management System, monitoring compliance with professional standards, legal obligations, and firm policies, as well as coordinating internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines. Additionally, this person will prepare the organization for external reviews or inspections, oversee remediation actions, manage the risk register, and report key operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks to leadership.

  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System that aligns with industry standards.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with professional standards, legal obligations, and firm policies.
  • Coordinate regular quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines.
  • Prepare the organization for external reviews or inspections and lead remediation efforts.
  • Oversee the management of the risk register and provide timely updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Professional certification in accounting (CA)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional services, legal, or compliance environment
  • Strong understanding of APESB standards, ASQM 1, ethical frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in managing internal reviews and interacting with regulators, insurance brokers, and legal advisors
