As we expanded from labour hire to permanent recruitment and into connecting skilled workers from across the borders, our mission has remained the same: to provide real solutions that save Australia's food and agriculture business time and resources.We are powered by PeopleIN - Australia's largest ASX-listed family of workforce solutions brands.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Welfare and Support Officer to work onsite at one of our client's locations, Tallangatta.In this role, you will be responsible for the following:People welfare, including onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retentionPayroll reconciliations regarding timesheet managementPLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisationTransporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incidentReports for VEVO checksManagement of clients and employeesAttendance managementWhat You Will NeedTo be successful in this role you will have a drive to deliver and be a highly organised individual.
You will be passionate about helping others succeed and be committed to this role.You will also:Have experience managing people and teamsAdministration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirableHave a Drivers licence and vehicleBe willing to obtain a Police CheckBe vaccinated against against COVID-19Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFeverIf this sounds like you, APPLY NOW
