HR Generalist Position
This role is a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the organization, providing operational HR support to drive business outcomes.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering HR support across multiple business lines, with a focus on implementing seamless processes and procedures. They will be responsible for reviewing and developing streamlined HR processes, coordinating the employee lifecycle, and maintaining accurate employee records.
The successful candidate will also have experience in supporting leaders with first line ER/IR matters, including grievances, investigations, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, they will manage promotions, bonuses, and HR documentation, engage with business lines to maintain a strong HR presence, and redesign and manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
As needed, the candidate will deliver performance review training, support leadership capability building and career development/pathing programs, support the rollout of the annual performance review program, and support managers in developing and retaining high-performing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR generalist roles within finance (Wealth Management preferred).
Strong business partnering ability with a focus on building trusted relationships to achieve positive business outcomes.
Proven ability to implement and facilitate seamless HR processes across various business lines.
Benefits:
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between A$150,000-A$160,000. The total compensation package includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
