At Eden Academy, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts and designed to feel like a home away from home.

Operating from 7am to 6pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 83 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About you**:
Are you an experienced Educational Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership? Your passion for early childhood education shines through in your thoughtfully designed programming, empowering children as independent learners while nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness. Through meaningful interactions, you inspire inquisitive young minds, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A **Diploma**in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
