**About Found People**:
This role will suit a **Senior Recruiter** who wants to take the next step towards a leadership role and grow towards becoming a **shareholding partner** in the business.

We're a hybrid recruitment company, so you'll enjoy the social atmosphere in our Rocklea office, and you can also work from your home office and enjoy a work / life balance.

**About the role**

We are a results focussed company, we don't prescribe to traditional kpi's and we work hard to produce expected results.

The ideal person for this role would be autonomous, self-motivated, have a Sales & Business Development focus and a dependable desire to deliver expectations across the entire team.

You'll manage a team P&L, budgets and targets whilst making placements of your own.

**Requirements for this role**
- Senior experience as an agency recruiter.
- Demonstrable successes delivering above budget and exceeding targets.
- Highly skilled sales and Business Development capability.
- Natural leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team.
