We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting on the delivery of ambulance services and experience in the provision of effective asset management services in an ambulance environment. Proven effective administrative skills with a demonstrated high level ability in the use of software packages such as Excel and SAP, and the ability to acquire knowledge of other software. Demonstrated well developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with people at all levels within the department and with external stakeholders. Highly developed conceptual, problem solving and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement. Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.
- Whilst not mandatory, qualifications in administration or business-related disciplines would be well regarded.
