**About the role**

The role as Concierge of the Lavendar by The Bay Restaurant, is responsible for overseeing the booking system and seating maximisation. You will be the face that greats our guests with a smile and the person who says "goodbye, we look forward to welcoming you again soon".

Our ideal Concierge will have a bubbly, friendly personality who will create the first and last impressions for the guests. Further to this, the ideal Concierge will have a passion for the hospitality/restaurant industry and is wanting to experience a fast paced and vibrant environment.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Hold a current RSA/RCG competency card.
- Have a sense of presence and be well groomed
- Have a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Current working visa or Australian resident
- Passionate about great food, wine & exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, professional, with impeccable attention to detail
- Thrives working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work a flexible roster including days, nights and weekend shifts.
- Work well within a team environment.
- Have an eye for detail and be able to take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $24.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
