**Conference and Events Administration Assistant**
**Full Time Salary**
**Based at Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
The sky is the limit when it comes to events at our 6 unique Gold Coast properties From gala dinners hosted by Austin Powers, to breakfast with the dolphins at Sea World or cocktails in the Scooby Doo Castle you will provide administrative support to coordinate the delivery of all aspects of allocated Conferences, Events, and Weddings across Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Sea World Resort.

**Duties**:

- Assist the Conference & Events Coordinators Team with administrative duties to ensure a successful event is delivered. Pre and Post event
- Data entry into Opera system
- Balancing accounts and closing off Events and Conferences post event
- Chasing payments, raising purchase orders and invoices in SAP
- Running and distributing selected team reports
- Sending out event distribution & event listing;
- Assisting the C&E team as required
- Assisting with famils, trade shows and ensuring our events are delivered to the highest of standards

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong coordination, time management and multi tasking skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of skill with Excel, Word and Outlook and general computer literacy
- Previous experience with OPERA software will prove very advantageous
- Previous experience with SAP will be an advantage, not essential
- Commitment to achieving performance targets and an acceptance of accountability
