Leading a Team of Conference and Event Professionals

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Conference and Events Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.

This role involves leading a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional events and conferences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective leadership to the conference operations team
  • Directing and assisting the team with daily duties, including manual handling tasks
  • Communicating with clients, departments, and suppliers to prevent and resolve issues
  • Maintaining a safe and clean workplace environment

You will need previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of conference operations and logistics, and exceptional communication skills. A RSA Certificate is essential, and a Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence are desirable.
