You'll oversee clinical standards, workforce management, and quality initiatives, making a real impact on patient outcomes and staff development across Bayside Health Service.Your New RoleWe are seeking a dynamic nursing leader to manage Stradbroke Ward, a 34-bed medical and surgical unit providing care in specialties including general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedics, general medicine, and palliative care.
