The primary purpose of the Demand Analyst role is to be the key communication link between demand and supply within the supply-planning time fence for each Category. Lead Reporting functionality in the demand team.

**About the Role**
- Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers with Account Managers, ISPs and Supply Chain Planners.
- Weekly cadence for short term demand planning horizon, communicating, and escalating issues within the short-term horizon - focus on FS/Safries/QSR
- Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities
- Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting
- Visualize data by creating and maintaining meaningful reports and dashboards
- Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and providing actionable insights
- Facilitate and resolve the demand and supply imbalances, e.g. allocations, substitutions
- Reporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvement

**About You**
- Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision-making
- Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
- Developed kowledge of SAP/APO
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Power BI experience
- Sound business process knowledge
- FMCG Experience would be highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization
