Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the business systems group, you will play a critical role in providing technical advice and support to teams and stakeholders on business system activities.

You will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining roadmaps for each business system, as well as supporting the implementation, development, and maintenance of business systems and related data.

• Provide technical advice and support to other teams and stakeholders in relation to company's Business System activities.
• Monitor, manage, support, and maintain a roadmap for each business system.
• Support the implementation, development, and maintenance of company's Business Systems and related data.
• Perform business system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis as necessary to maintain system performance to meet user demand.

You will act as the initial contact point between ICT and operational areas on Business Systems issues and processes, identify, document, and publish knowledgebase articles addressing common issues, build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, work closely with third party support organisations and manage the life cycle of any associated support contracts, maintain security, integrity, and privacy of company's business systems and infrastructure, assistance in ICT audit and risk activities as required, and availability to work outside of regular working hours as part of a 24x7 support roster.
