Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their high-performing team with the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
About the RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll provide hands-on support across all phases of the project lifecycle, helping ensure tasks are on track, stakeholders are engaged, and deadlines are met.
This is a dynamic role where you'll be working closely with both internal teams and external vendors, contributing directly to the success of a major transformation initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager and project team with planning, scheduling, and reportingTrack progress against project milestones and coordinate updates for stakeholdersAssist with the preparation of project documentation, presentations, and training materialsOrganise meetings, workshops, and travel logistics where requiredLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure effective communicationIdentify potential risks or issues and escalate where appropriateAbout YouWe're looking for someone with:Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or support (exposure to IT, logistics, or WMS projects advantageous)Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel occasionally as part of the project rolloutWhat's on OfferBe part of an exciting WMS implementation project that will shape the future of operationsWork alongside a high-performing and supportive project teamConvenient Acacia Ridge location with onsite parking
