Due to growth, we're currently seeking a dynamic Production Coordinator to join their team to assist with the management of workflow planning and day to day operational requirements.
This is a critical position which requires strong organisational skills, high level communication abilities to manage stakeholders at all levels and the ability to think strategically in a highly demanding role.
The role: Coordinate and manage daily production priorities across the business to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Monitor job progress and proactively manage delays including labour, materials, equipment maintenance/breakdowns Ability to interpret plans and job requirements to ensure materials, labour, production timelines are planned, accurate and in the warehouse ready for work to commence.
Attend pre start meetings ensuring workscope is accurately communicated , safety and quality procedures are followed.
Monitor and escalate production and quality issues and escalate as required What we're looking for: Trade qualified or experience in engineering or business related field Experience in a similar production coordination or management position Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience scheduling software Commitment to quality and safety Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage strict deadlines Benefits: $100k-$120k + super (Negotiable salary) Full-time permanent role Opportunity for further training and growth Highly reputable company If you're seeking an exciting career opportunity with growth potential, APPLY TODAY
