**The Position**
- Manage interior subcontractors rough-in to completion of apartments, then to be handed to developer for defects stage.
- Manage all interior subcontractors, rough in to completion.
- Accept and oversee trade deliveries, to all levels of buildings.
- Liaise with Health and Safety Officers JSA's and work method statements etc.
- Adhere to OH & S policies and guidelines
- Bi-weekly progress reporting
- Critical stage inspections with Developer, Real Estate agents and clients
- Manage up to 150 on site workers
- Reporting to the Project Manager, the the finishes foreman is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the finishing trades of building works including programming of works, monitoring of construction program, monitoring the quality of works, participation in design meetings, and overseeing the quality control process.
- Supporting Site Managers in achieving production, targets, high standards of safety and quality on site by effectively supervising sub contractors.

**Must Have**
- Building trade background or related degree
- Demonstrated history as Site Manager on these types of jobs
- Right to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
- Rhiannon has worked with many well-known and respected tier 2 building companies over the last 5 years, knows the sector, can speak the industry lingo, and find you a great job, with a great tier 2 business._
