Seeking an Experienced Finishes Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finishes Foreman to join our team on a $40m Apartment project in the North East.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the coordination of services trades, setting out, and managing rough-ins. You will also assist the Site Manager in ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will drive subcontractors and trades to ensure timely delivery and manage OH&S protocols on site.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in delivering Apartment Finishes on projects up to $40m.
  • Trade Qualified Carpenter/Plasterer with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finishes Foreman.
  • Strong ability to communicate, manage trades, and liaise with PM, SM, Stakeholders etc.
  • Positive attitude reflecting our company culture.
  • Solutions-focused with an excellent work ethic.
