As an eCommerce Coordinator at Pillow Talk, you will provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce Platforms, working closely with a dynamic eComm team to ensure digital customer experience is best in class
A bit about you...
Organised and process driven, but with a passion for the customer journey and experience.
A strong online native, with a curiosity for technology and continuous improvement.
A strong problem solver that can spot issues and suggest solutions on the fly.
Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with colleagues across departments Exposure to HTML/CSS and an awareness of SEO and Google Analytics ideal but not essential - if you are inquisitive and ready to learn we can teach you
