As a **Support Team Member**, you're our secret weapon. You'll float between high-end office sites, stepping in wherever you're needed - keeping things running smoothly, clients smiling, and standards high.

You'll:

- Greet tenants and guests like a pro - warm, confident, and polished
- Manage meeting room bookings and inboxes with ease
- Set up spaces for meetings, events, and activations
- Respond to concierge service requests through our tech platform
- Promote building amenities and create engaging experiences for tenants
- Report on lobby operations and suggest ways to make things even better
- Yes, there's a bit of standing, walking, and manual handling - but no lifting trays or closing bars at midnight._
