**Job Overview:**

We are seeking compassionate and driven individuals to support our store operations as a Retail Support Team Member. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, working alongside a dedicated group of colleagues.

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to customers.
  • Support the Donor Care program, ensuring proper handling and communication with donors.
  • Process donated goods, following established pricing standards to accurately price items for sale.
  • Stock and display items on the sales floor, maintaining a neat and organized presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, regularly cleaning items, the sales floor, and staff areas.
  • Ensure safety, adhering to safe work practices and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives, including sales targets and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, respecting diversity and promoting equality.

**Requirements:**

  • 15 years of age or older
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and seek help when needed
  • Alignment with The Salvation Army's mission and values
