Job Title: Support Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support our Coordinator in delivering a high-quality program for children. The successful candidate will work in a part-time capacity (32 hours per week) with split shifts across Before School, After School, and Vacation Care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Coordinator to lead an exceptional Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program that aligns with Catholic values.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, safeguarding, and National Quality Framework (NQF) requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.
  • Assist with daily operations, risk management, and team development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Mandatory Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience working in OSHC, ideally with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and My Time Our Place framework.
  • A collaborative approach and passion for creating engaging child-centred experiences.
