We have an exciting opportunity for a Shopper Marketing Specialist to join the CUB Beer Shopper Marketing team at Asahi Beverages. If you are passionate about the shopper and bringing market-leading beer brands to life through best-in-class shopper marketing campaigns, then we have the role for you
This is a Shopper marketing role with a focus on building and implementing impactful integrated marketing campaigns in the Off-Premise. With a high level of collaboration and stakeholder management, this role supports the BTL execution of strategic beer and category opportunities within the Off-Premise channel.
Working closely with the NPD/IMC Shopper Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in the execution of National Campaigns that will be implemented across all Off-Premise customer channels. This role is charged with delivering end-to-end scaled campaigns that not only engage customers and shoppers but also deliver growth against key commercial, category & brand objectives.
Over the last 12 month, the team has worked on Great Northern x BCF, Footy Finals Match to Win with Carlton Draught and VB, Pure Blonde New years and Carlton Dry Easy Wins campaigns
This is not your standard Shopper marketing specialist role; you will be working with the biggest brands, on the biggest campaigns and making the biggest impact in market

**Key Requirements**:
- Understanding and passion for what drives shopper behavior within the Off-Premise and Omni Channels.
- Activate against Brand guidelines, Category Growth Drivers with an understanding of consumer occasions.
- Support the end-to-end development of BTL Beer IMCs in the Off Premise on a national level that delivers a triple win - value for CUB, Shoppers, and Customers.
- Project manager for Beer IMCs, which involve coordination across CUB functions and external partners and relevant state authorities.
- Lead the development of final selling stories to be tailored by customer.
- Track performance and execution levels in trade post campaigns going live
- Lead the development of impact assessment framework and post campaign review including ROI analysis.
- Lead the development and Implementation of national sales briefing content for Beer IMCs in the off premise (for sales operations and sales teams) through cycle planning forums.
- Update key stakeholders on BTL Beer IMCs in the Off Premise through the Go To Market Readiness (GTMR) planning forums.
**About you**:
You are a charismatic individual looking to grow and develop your skills within the marketing/ shopper marketing space.
**You also have**:
- 1-3 years commercial experience gained within sales, marketing or trade/shopper marketing.
- Experience working within the consumer good or FMCG space
- Deep passion of brand and shopper behavior, with an understanding of FMCG.
- Strength in communicating verbally and delivering articulate presentations to key stakeholders.
