Team Leader - Riverside Nursing Home, Tasmania
We are looking for experienced personal care workers, who hold a relevant cert 4 qualification & medication competent to step up into Team Leader positions at Riverside Nursing Home. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and experience and progress with purpose at Calvary
About the role
The Team Leader plays an integral role in the provision of high-quality care to our residents at all times. The Team Leader supports the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care to the residents across the home whilst actively ensuring the individual needs, wishes and goals of each resident is met within an environment where they feel supported, valued and treated with dignity and respect.
The shifts available can be discussed during interview stage.
**About you**:
Relevant Cert 4 qualification & medication endorsed
High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing
Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required
Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
