**Job Opportunity: Team Leader - Day Options**

Focus Disability Supports is a professional and caring service that provides In-Home Supports, Day Options, and Support Coordination tailored to the individual needs of adults living with disability. We are committed to empowering clients and supporting their growth in a safe, respectful environment.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Team Leader** to oversee and support a team of 4-7 staff within our **Day Options** program. This leadership role requires a proactive and organised individual who can guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure quality service delivery, and uphold the values of person-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support a team of disability support workers
- Coordinate daily activities and routines within the Day Options program
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, individualised supports
- Complete accurate documentation and incident reports
- Support staff development and performance
- Liaise with families, guardians, and stakeholders as needed
- Maintain compliance with NDIS and organisational standards

**Essential Requirements**:

- Demonstrated leadership experience (preferably in a disability or care setting)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Manual Handling training
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Medication Administration training
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Strong computer literacy and accurate report writing skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
