**The role**:
The Construction Scheduler is an essential office-based role with the focus to ensure the delivery and management of our foundations in a timely manner.

You will oversee the resolution of issues relating to the site while in the process of commencing site works and digging the foundation.

Customer service is essential to the success of the individual, along with the ability to resolve any issues as they arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with footing contractors daily to coordinate on what footings are being poured.
- Data control on volumes and notes for all jobs.
- Resolving site issues and communicating with contractors and clients.
- Processing footing invoices for payment, along with relevant information.
- Taking clients calls on footing updates, progress and any other relevant information they may require (i.e. retaining walls, missing pegs).
- Extension letters for amended completion dates.
- Liaising with the construction team on files, amendments and any other issues that may arise.

**To be successful you will bring**:

- At least 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Inspection and quality control experience within construction.
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the National Construction and Australian standard codes.
- Skilled in identifying local construction technologies and construction material sources.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
