Using a holistic approach, you conduct client assessments towards developing a care plan and activities to build their strength, coordination and balance towards preventing falls.

Ideally the successful applicant would be full-time working across 2 sites (Woodville and Collinswood). We'll work with you to arrange hours that fits your lifestyle and commitments, like studies or childcare. New graduates are welcome to apply. We're here to support you to thrive with RDNS. **About you**

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
- Current AHPRA registration
- Understanding of comprehensive, holistic assessments towards developing care plans
- Ability to use a reablement/restorative model of care to enhance client's independence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload
- Valid Australian driver's license
