About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
The Allied Health Chronic Disease Intermediate Care Services bring together Dietetic, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Case Management services working collaboratively with services from the NALHN Clinical Divisions and Aboriginal Health Services to optimise health outcomes and reduce hospital admissions for patients with Diabetes, Cardiac and Respiratory Diseases, and vulnerable people with other chronic diseases.
Working in the Intermediate Care Service, you'll provide crucial podiatric interventions that help patients maintain independence and avoid hospital readmissions.
Your expertise will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and community health across northern Adelaide.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
