Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Our Sleep Solutions Australia business unit within ALH are in need of a CPAP Specialist to join our NSW team.

This role will be a primary contact point for our sleep therapy clinics scattered across NSW and various location(s). You will travel to our clinics to ensure patient services are maintained, with the ability to cover any staff (on leave) whilst providing leadership qualities to our clinic consultants, when in need.

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Travel to various clinics (access to company vehicle/interim motor vehicle allowance)
- Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
- Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
- Upsale of our products and services
- Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
- Processing orders and clinic stocktake

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
- Ability to lead operational teams
- Effective communicator
- Ability to work autonomously in clinic
- Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
- Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
- Knowledge and interest of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine preferred
- Experience in running clinic and CPAP therapy preferred
