**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for a Social and Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand and Communications team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of social and content marketing across the FLG ANZ portfolio of brands (Goodlife, Fitness First, Zap Fitness, Barry's & Jett's NZ). Managing agency relationships, you will analyse and use data to inform and optimise social content and activity to deliver the social metric, build brand awareness and recruit new customers.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with the brand leads on brand campaign developments to ensure the social strategy is adhered to supporting reach driving activity building brand awareness and further growing social platform communities.
- Drive brand demand at top of funnel bringing in new potential customers (recruiting) for the performance team to convert into new club members.
- Own and lead day to day management of FLG's social media platforms, social monitoring and listening. Analysing and reporting on content performance and engagement across all social platforms.
- Use our social media monitoring tool to actively engage and manage our social communities
- Manage the social budget to ensure delivery of all activities leveraging paid and owned social.
- Support clubs with social guidelines and recommendations on how to manage their local private social communities.
- Own and manage the execution and implementation of social strategy - Plan, create and schedule relevant and engaging content across FLG's social media channels in line with each brand proposition and standards.
- Leverage insights from Google Analytics to optimise website content to drive improved engagement and advocacy.
- Work with agency team to manage, source and collaborate with influencers as part of the overarching social and content strategy.
- 5+ years social media marketing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of social networks' best practices - design, functionality, users (best time to post, tagging influencers, character limit) - across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn.
- Experience of using the latest social media management/monitoring/analysis tools and platforms such as Hootsuite.
- Experience of delivering successful paid amplification of influencer campaigns.
- Experience establishing metrics, analysing and synthesising community insights and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals.
