Digital Content Marketing Creator

Key objectives will be targeted for patient brand awareness, increase in new patient flow, referrals and increased return on investment. The role requires a strong passion for dental health and everything smiles, as well as being a team player and great communicator. You will be able to communicate and create valuable content that is creative, engaging and effective to drive key performance, brand awareness and maintain our brand reputation.

In Communications, you're responsible for ensuring every patient is responded to in a timely manner and receives a consistent and excellent standard of communication. To support you, Brisbane Smiles has a large team, practice management training program and dental laboratory services onsite. We're conveniently located in Toowong, 4km from the CBD, right next door to Toowong Village.

**Role Details**:

- Plan, develop and execute the content marketing strategy and calendar
- Create and implement SEO'd content for websites (wordpress) and all social media platforms
- Create, coordinate and analyse internal and external marketing promotions
- Maintain online registers, presence, content and brands
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, respond and engage current patients and potential patients to create lead generation
- Create, proof and _post_ informative and engaging blog posts aligned with seo targets
- Maintain practice and patient point of sale materials (brochures, posters, newsletters, magazines, business cards etc.)
- Monitor and continually improve Google Ad performance, and liaise with Google Ads Representative
- Analyse performance analytics and report on content strategies and make recommendations
- Prepare briefs and coordinate content delivery from graphic designer, videographer, website programmer, advertising agency and printers
- Communicate and integrate content marketing strategy to the entire business team for awareness of strategy
- Participate in leading a positive team culture and educate the team on the importance of marketing, and their role in marketing initiatives
