Boutique's client a global Private Equity Firm based in the CBD are looking or an Office Manager (60%) / Executive Assistant (40%) to help run the Sydney office. Reporting into the APAC Leadership team this a role is fully autonomous opportunity

**Responsibilities**

**Office Manager**:

- General office administration (Office stationery, liaison with cleaners, space planning, seat allocations for new
- employees and visitors, inward & outward courier management of the office, etc)
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal team (HR, Finance, IT and Facilities team, etc) and external vendors (landlord, renovation company, property management company, travel agents and
- hotel representatives, etc)
- 2 direct reports - Receptionist & a Team Assistant

**Executive Assistant x 3 MD's: NO INBOX Management**
- Manage intensive and complex calendar
- Organize travel across time zones; liaise with the Travel Desk and local/overseas offices. Finalize
- itineraries, flight, hotel arrangements, local transportation arrangements and visas processing
- Track business expenses and prepare expense reports in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support in ad-hoc projects such as conferences, internal and external events,
- meetings and training sessions
- Provide support for personal errands, mailings, reservations, etc

**You**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a hybrid Executive Assistant / Office Management role - Wearing both hats the same time - If you have had exposure to the APAC region even better
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Extremely organized and detail orientated, Dedicated and loyal
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Cooperative team spirit
- Proactive, ability to take initiative
- Effective communication skill

This is global role with loads per perks including Free lunch, gym memberships and private Health - Given the nature of the role in running the office no flexibility is on offer at this stage
